在两个系统上维护相同的分发组
为最大限度地减少网络通讯量，您能够在 Lotus Domino 服务器和 Exchange 2000 服务器上各维护一个分发组副本。为避免通讯簿中出现重复姓名，两系统间的目录同步过程将不包括分发组。Exchange 通讯簿中只有 Exchange 2000 分发组，Lotus Domino 目录中只有 Lotus Domino 组。假如您使用自动过程修改两个分发组，则此方法相当有效。
此方法的长处是：
- 在 Exchange 2000 分发组和和 Lotus Domino 分发组中，用户和联系人根据相同的规则和例外规则自动更新。
- 迁移完成后，Exchange 2000 可识别整个分发组。
- Exchange 2000 向分发组发送邮件，这样向每个邮件系统只传递一个邮件副本。
