Windows Server 2003 不支持 Exchange 会议服务器 Service Pack 3 (SP3)。请注意以下几点：- 不能在同一台服务器上同时运行 Exchange 会议服务器 SP3 和 Exchange Server 2003。
- 不能将运行 Exchange 2000 和 Exchange 会议服务器 SP3 的服务器就地升级到 Exchange Server 2003。
- 不能在运行 Exchange Server 2003 的服务器上使用 Exchange 会议服务器资源邮箱。但是，假如用户的邮箱存储在运行 Exchange Server 2003 的服务器上，他们就能够使用 Exchange 会议服务器功能。
Exchange 系统管理器
您能够使用 Exchange Server 2003 中包含的 Exchange 系统管理器版本管理组织中的任何服务器。- 在管理 Exchange 2000 服务器时将出现改进的队列视图；同时假如对 Exchange Server 2003 运行 forestprep 命令，则还会有可用的“移动邮箱”工具。
- 您无法在 Exchange 2000 服务器上配置 Exchange Server 2003 的新功能。Exchange 系统管理器功能的选项在 Exchange 2000 服务器中不可用（显示为灰色）。
- 您无法使用 Exchange Server 2003 中的 Exchange 系统管理器配置 Exchange Server 2003 中不可用的 Exchange 2000 组件。例如，您无法配置下列 Exchange 2000 组件：
- 密钥管理服务器
- Exchange 实时消息
- 聊天
- Microsoft Exchange Connection (MS Mail)、Microsoft Schedule 和 Microsoft Exchange Connector for Lotus cc:Mail
- 目录同步
